Android users, It really worked !!!! 😎 I used my S23 ultra with Expert Raw camera mode, the Key here is to use the 4×5 ratio!!! Previously, I didn't follow it, and you get the same blurry results. In conclusion, make sure you shoot with a wider angle so cropping doesn't affect your target. Thanks bro !!! 🙏🏼
Works! Especially the 2700 pixel change does a big difference. The sharpening is barely noticeable if I compare side by side on Instagram.
Huge difference! I’ve done so many tests to perfect uploading my photos at the highest quality and doubling the long side, is where it’s at!

What to choose in the quality section depends just on the size of the image you export. When using a picture by a good Sony or canon camera you could use 80% of quality and will never be able to tell the difference on a mobile screen. But that way you can save plenty of storage space. My 30MB photos turn then into 4MB for example.

I was trying to figure it out since a long time, tried exporting in different pixels but 2700 pixels worked perfectly!

what about horizontal pictures? i need to upload panoramic photos and ig keeps fucking em up
I remember previously you could directly upload to IG without saving the photo on the app by long-clicking the Instagram app icon and select "open in app" (and not "share with app" which is horrible). It seems this doesn't work anymore, do you know why? I liked that option because then I don't have to export every photo before uploading it to IG which is just a quick way to fill/clutter your phone storage.,,

Hi I am using I phone 15 and once I export as jpg it ruins the whole picture color but when I chose any other format like AVIF it export picture at high res with exact colors shown in software but then the issue is once I upload that picture anywhere either its instagram whatsapp it uploads raw or incomplete render picture. So what should I do 😔

Like a carousel? I find if you add 10 sharpness in Instagram later to each photo in the carousel, it works good

It’s really not that long
Instead of 2700 if I set to 1350, I guess it would be the same as after Instagram compression it boils down to 1350, correct me if I am wrong?
Regardless of what you set it to Instagram will compress it anyway. If it's 1350 but 20mb, Instagram will compress it because 20mb is too high. I found that if you double it, it looks the best after Instagram's compression. But feel free to do your own tests!
@@StefanoLombardoYTThat’s why you choose to do the compression beforehand. Just set quality to 90% in Lightroom.

its because your photo is landscape not vertical, it doesn’t make a difference
