Great tips. The travel rewards card should be a staple for anyone who wants to travel…you can save so much. Also, I choose hotels/places to stay that hopefully is near public transportation like trains/subways so you can just hop on quick in the morning and get to your destination cheaply and fast. No need to wait for drivers or get stuck in traffic. In Boston, we used their trains to get to all of our destinations. So easy and inexpensive.
Good tips. My next trip is in a couple weeks to Vancouver and Vancouver Island. Unfortunately there are terrible wildfires in BC now. Hopefully the fires will be under control by then. The important thing is that there is no loss of life, but homes and buildings have already been lost. I can always reschedule my trip.
This is so funny to me because I'm from Boston and lived in Cape Cod for a while, so it's totally wild to see someone gush over these places that I'm so intimately familiar with. They are pretty cool though. Off to Vegas in two weeks for free on my JetBlue card! It is basically THE only card I use haha.

I've lived about 30 miles north of Boston all my life and love it here; I hope you had some delicious seafood or the best Italian food in the North End while you were here! Would you believe I haven't been on a whale watching tour since I was a kid? I think this is definitely the year to do it though as there have been some amazing sightings this summer!
Very good advice I do agree especially with using travel credit cards for rewards and points and staying in hotel near places of interest many places you can walk to most things and do a local excursion really helps you to get to know more about the place you're visiting all tips are really I planned on visiting Boston when I visit New York next year 👍

Funny you should have this one on because In Sept I am heading out to Cape Cod and Boston with a Bus tour group and It can't come soon enough, I travel with a group and it is all organized because I feel I do not have the experience to do a travel solo. Hey if it gets you where you want to go that's what counts right.

Boston is a vibe, literally one of my favorite cities I’ve ever been to. It’s like a less crowded & better planned New York.
I'm born and raised in western Massachusetts and you make this area look magical. Lol Boston is Eastern mass but I know it is a small state.
