THANK YOU for taking the time to visit my page & leaving me a Comment. 😸 I am just a petite Canadian MotoGirl with a small personal MotoChannel, I didn't expect to hear from you Sir. I am hoping your New Channel will be more about You & your Love of Motorcycles & Riding. 🏍
I love mine. Unfortunately, the county I live in has banned this class of bike from most trails. Its still super fun to tool around town and on flat trails in the area. I've only taken it on some dirt roads and a little single track in some motor-freindly areas. Worth every penny and super fun to ride.
Hi Peter. Nice bike, and the weight looks good. I have one which is only 15kg with the battery removed, and I can lift it onto my roof carrier. That’s why weight is important to me.
i think front hub motor makes much more sense for offroad because then the bike is basically awd and we know those do really well offroad and when climbing steep hill but i do agree that this is a really cool bike.
Do you have any info on the long-term performance of the Moro 5? I am curious to find out if Yamaha makes a reliable and trouble free E-Bike before I get one.
Many bicycle manufacturers have moved away from model years and simply list models. I'm not sure if they're not making them, or if there are just enough of them in stock at dealers, that they're "skipping" a model year. I would think that most people don't think of going to their power sports dealers to buy bicycles, but I'll dig into it, and when I test the e-bike listed on the Yamaha website now, I'll have an answer.
7:50 wait so why are you talking about this as if it is special feature of mid drives? you know this can be installed on hub motor bike also? i know it's kinda rare but that doesn't mean it's not possible.
I wonder how deep Yamaha wants to wade into the bicycle market. I'm not sure if this is the first of many future offerings, or if this is a test of the market. We'll see!
Arrived @ dealership with CASH to BUY! Salesman dings the bell & admits that's all he knows! Then admits ZERO support / service staff!! What a joke!! Now looking @ Trek & Bulls brand lines.

I've been around, owned, and ridden a number of e-bikes. This one is the most impressive. It's not going to be for everyone, but it's excellent!

It’s for more serious riders . Go to a bike park and find out why you may or may not want a serious sport bike 😎
No hub motor please

looks like an interesting frame. I wish there's a water bottle holder on it though.
Cool Electric Bicycle review, thanks!
Is the frame aluminum or carbon fiber?
Just ordered a Moro 7 can’t wait
Nice!!
I would be interested if the bike can be transformed in a mullet. I think it will be great with 29" tire in front. 😁
It cannot
Am I mistaken or is Yamaha not selling these in Canada in 2024? Their website just shows a couple street models.

Up to date pricing can always be found on the website. www.yamaha-motor.ca/en/off-road/ebikes/mountain
I checked the site and they only have 27.5? What about a 29er model? Thanks

Just to be clear, what you're describing is clearly not Maclean's, where I filmed this. Their team is excellent.
