If you use matte hair pomade to hold your brushes after cleaning before putting them away, you can maintain a fine point on larger brushes. Love seeing u use large brushes. I rarely use small brushes, its all about maintaining the trick. Tey out my hair product trick. Its a game changer
Wow incredible
Thank you. He didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped, but he'll do.
The power of the discord spoke, and we aren't disappointed!
That came out great!
Badass
Thanks!
Never ceases to amaze. Luv this channel, keep the good stuff flowng 💯👍
Thank you! Will do!
What a brilliant result. Best Nu-Dante I've seen. Your marble effect looks great and so much less faff than the dryer sheet method I keep seeing (I can't be bothered with that😅). You mentioned you're losing your fine motor skills; I hope you're OK or at least not too bad and I send you my best wishes.
Thank you! I'm well - just talking about the fine motor skill you lose the older you get! :)
@@thehammerofwrath that's a relief! 😅 I eagerly await your next video.
hello great result, I came across a tutorial for marble quite easy to set up
you can use a dry baby wipe that you stretch then you apply several layers of aero with the marble shades you want by superimposing the wipes
then u can use a gloss varnish on it
I've tried this before and it gives a decent result! I think if I ever do another like this, I'll use that technique instead, just to mix it up.
You would need to mask off each piece of armour individually and do it. Would look absolutely sick but would be time consuming. If you do the entire thing in a single pass, with all the veins in the marble lining up even though he is in a dynamic pose, he would look like a statue.
excellent work!
Thank you! Cheers!
I used to live across the river from Kinshicho, and I remember the glory days of San-ya. I wonder where all those people went
On the Edogawa side?
@@thehammerofwrath Chiba side. I used to take my toddler to Kinshicho a lot. There's a really nice park there
Really dig this! Great job!
Thanks a lot!
Looking forward to this!
Sweet, I love the Power Axe! 😎
Awesome content ❤
Thank you so much 😀
Love the white Dante, thanks!
Thanks!
What a great idea! Looks very alabaster! If I ever get this model Id love to try this technique on it/use airbrush and dried out wetwipe technique to get that marble finish!
Think I might rework this guy using that technique.
Amazing take on Dante!
Thank you very much. He's not perfect, but I think it turned out OK.
Very cool interpretation of Dante!
Thank you!
one thing: You used airbrush for the jetbike and this is cool ! But why not for the axe? the blend would be so much smoother than it is now
You're absolutely right, but painting the axe with the airbrush would have required very careful masking in a small area as there are two opposing gradients. I have done this before on power swords, but considered this a bit faster. Cheers!
This is perhaps an annoying question but I did look through your videos to check if you had covered it elsewhere... How do you thin the Vallejo polyurethane primer to airbrush? I have reached my wits end with it 😅
No worries! I run the black through unchanged. The white I use three drops of airbrush thinner for every drop of primer.
Apothecary Dante
:)
heresy!!
Shhh! Don't tell!
