A tip I did for myself to stop meat beating, was getting too sick to want to for like a week or two, then watching khorne without beating. Also helps to have other things to redirect that energy in to, but if you're not working out, that's already an easy redirect.

About skinny jeans, I don't wear the super skinny ones, but I just don't know which kinds of jeans to wear, the straight ones just look weird to me, especially at the bottom where they meet the shoes. Partying every weekend too is a potential killer, I can't really say people must stop drinking all together but while trying to achieve something, you might need to quit it for a few months or just rarely drink.
One thing you mentioned that is no good. Sun-block. Sun exposure is the best source of vitamin D. Applying sun blocker, when put under a black light looks black. Sun block is also carcingenic. It is better to apply a natural moisturizer, such as coco butter. If your skin burns easy, limit your time in the sun or wear light color clothing that covers your skin. But avoid using sun blocker.

A tip I did for myself to stop meat beating, was getting too sick to want to for like a week or two, then watching khorne without beating. Consumption will go up initially, but as you disassociate watching it with pleasure, you'll find it boring, uninteresting, shameful, and you'll find yourself thinking about it less and less, causing you to be able to redirect that energy into other things. Also helps to have other things to redirect that energy in to, but if you're not working out, that's already an easy redirect.

I know a guy that eats like shit, all processed foods, no fruits or vegetables but is probably the “healthiest” guy I know… then I have a friend who’s a lil younger, eats good, exercises regularly but is ALWAYS dealing with health issues because he’s MISERABLE.
When I say “eat whatever you want” that means whatever satisfies your soul.
I like eating fruits and vegetables and I don’t like eating meat.
When I was in my early 20s I was trying to get JACKED so I ate allot of animal products for protein. I had to learn what’s best for me and not rely on the internet to tell me the 5 best ways to blah blah or avoid doing this that and the third. Don’t get me wrong advice is good but if it’s not from an expert then it’s probably onion at best and should be looked at as such.

Ultimately your 20s are best used as a time to experiment with what you like because by the time you hit 30 you’ll be stuck in those ways and I’ve seen people live within these lines of eating and dressing a certain way, but not because they wanted to ascend to the top of the social and economic ladder it was because they were afraid to do something or try something and be the ONLY one doing it.
What I realized is that there are many ways to do everything but there is only one way that will work best for each of us

I am very grateful for this channel. I had Dry skin issues on my face, scalp and my face got Hella fat & ugly According to my dermatologist, it was my diet the McDonald’s, Chinese food, Pizza, all those foods caused my problem I took a break from all fast foods and started eating proper home-cooked meals while doing workouts and my problem slowly disappeared and I started getting attention from girls again.
