What could be the problem if the guide wire won’t go all the way down thru the chamber to the needle? I pulled the test thread out with no problems. Help me please
Hi i have bought one of these from china and I have a thread clogged up in the arm and cant get it out, ive tried everything and the small thin rod wont penetrate and go through, I think ive been ripped off as the chinese manufacturer kep saying the machine was ok when it left here.
You need hightend the needle or lower it.(adjust needlehight)..because bigger Needles are longer....then screw it tide if it catch the loop....and the needlegrove must be to right side...🤔

How do I catch the loop for the bobbin, I’m stuck on that part.
