    Same issue as below - getting 3 layers when it exports, with one just being a print of the cut line

      Rasterlink brings a print/cut job in 2 layers but they are linked together via a black line, if you also have reg marks on there it will appear as another layer but still linked together with the other layers with the line. This is normal for Rasterlink

    hello!
    when i follow this through my cut and print a seperate when i action, it will print the image then the cut line will be in another area. do you know why this ?

      Sorry no I don't. Check your print&cut alignment and try using reg marks for cut jobs it will help with accuracy

    How do I specify the size of the image I want to print? For example I want to print something in 40 inch width and 55 length how do I tell the machine?

      You can specify the size in the design software first or you can change the size of a job in the RIP software

    How can i get rid of the cut file?
    l created a print file in illustrator, but when l upload to raster link, a cut and color file appears.

      This is normal for Rasterlink, you can still print only, print and cut or cut only from this linked file
