2nd Row Captain Chair Seats Removal on 2003-2006 Lincoln Navigator

How to remove the 2nd row captain chairs on a 2nd generation Lincoln Navigator (2003-2006).
Only tools required are a 15mm socket and a flat head screwdriver.
