That's a bootleg, Its a bootleg because first the box doesn't have the marvel logo at the bottom left corner from what I saw. In the original the Miles head his eyes are to the side, on the bootleg hes looking forward.
Definitely! The liquidation bins usually have almost exclusively garbage, but there are some diamonds in the rough. I just feel bad for the guy who ordered it for it to get lost in the mail and end up at the bins😆
