@@propertyofpeter After watching the video it makes sense. They hack the prices for any other service request, which should make up for any losses on the ticket. So maintenance is "probably" fine. jajajajajaja
Here in Norway, they're not getting away with not offering compensation for very delayed or cancelled flights, since that's regulated by law. They've tried to fight it a few times, but each time it has been made clear to them that they won't be permitted to operate in Norway unless they abide, so they backed down.

Nice video, but a question please. If RyanAir lands at secondary airports, where do they pick passengers from? Also secondary airports or the main primary airports?
My friend once traveled across the pond and rocky road to Dublin was made via our friends. The stingy pays twice, like we call it in Ukraine - so avoid that "company" at any cost.

Don't really understand how bad publicity generates ticket sales, I only buy a ticket if i need to fly. Used to fly with them a lot, only ever had one experience I felt negative about.
Flown with Ryanair 6 times this year. Their fees are not hidden, they're very clear on their website. I have never seen a schedule change, the destinations are clear. In things that are outside their control, delays, bad weather, strikes etc they are as good if not better than non-budget airlines
WestJet is 1000 times worse - abysmal service and itinerary changes. Meanwhile Ryanair is very straightforward, clear about the extra fees and a cheap way to travel around Europe.
Exactly. I mostly fly BA or Austrian but I have no reason to hate on Ryanair. They don't fly where I need to go so I don't fly with them. I did fly Ryanair to Dublin and Palma before Covid and they were ok. You don't need much for a short flight. I have had worse experience on domestic flights in the US with more expensive airlines. People are hating on Ryanair but I'm sure their flights are often fully booked
I've flown with Ryanair hundreds of times without experiencing a single delay or issue. While the service and infrastructure aren't top notch, this is generally what you expect when paying pennies for a ticket.
Ryan air is shit. I don't think I've ever had a flight that wasn't at least 90 minutes delayed. I would happily pay more for another airline, but they often have flight destinations that other airlines don't have. And hey, they're pretty damn cheap. So, you get what you pay for. What I hate are customers who want a dirt cheap flight, but expect first class service.
Well what I hate are people that pay 6 euro for a plane ticket and then expect service like they are flying firstclass on Emirates. For 6 euro I dont even need a seat I'll just stand the whole flight. My only requirement is that they take safety seriously. Safety is really the only thing i would consider paying more for when it comes to short flights.
