Reminds me of simpler times... growing up without much, but being able to play video games was the biggest treat... I COULDN'T BELIEVE it when I finally was able to buy a home ddr pad and games on ps2. God I miss those days

If anyone has Beat Saber for PC, please know I’ve been working on a project of making maps (custom levels essentially) for old DDR songs, it’s just been taking me a good portion of this year as I’m new to making maps. Especially me making Expert and Expert+ maps, as I’m barely and Expert user myself lol. But damn I want these nostalgic songs I used to play on DDR machines back in the early-mid 2000s.
ya i don't have Beat Saber and i don't have enough money for VR sadly but i will say DDR is still bein' released but sadly only for tha arcade but it's in tha US too tho just not on console no more

@@GUCFan I've been working it slowly, at first I was using the official level editor and I realized there is a better program made by the custom modding community. I'm getting used to lighting and whatnot now. I've thought about doing the "Short-trip" versions (those shorter remixes that would have been in DDR originally), but it's taken some time to get used to. I don't want to rush and upload the map for the sake of uploading it.

Hey bruv just wanted to say thanks for uploading all these tracks. I just been getting into a huge trance phase now and realized that I was always into trance bc of my DDR days. Was maybe a decade too young to be in the clubs dancing to this stuff, but didnt even know it then that i was still living it on the ps2 and tearing through those cheap dance pads that always kept sliding and needed replacing every couple months
ya welcome! i do have spare pads but i'm still very concerned about my pads in tha future not just on PS2 but also other systems as well :/

nah i'm still active just mostly focusing on DDR gameplays mostly since i now have a 60fps camcorder been tryin' 2 get back uploadin' again! i still will get full versions up but i take my time in findin' good sound quality and not throw some up like most do, unless i have no choice but 2 take Vinyl Rips (which are played by a record player) and i know some full DDR songs which have dat issue! i've haven't done much 2018 uploads because i've been sick but i'll see if i can squeeze some back on. :P
As someone else mentioned, for clarity’s sake (and to help people find it), this should be labelled “Long Trip”, not “Short Trip”. The “Short Trip” version is the 3:24 one. Thank you for posting this, though!
