Who are you gonna manage on FM23? One of these clubs or have you got your own save ideas?!
Never been too into FM, but this year I want to try to do a save with Yeovil town. Based in the city of Yeovil (Shock), which has a population of around 48,564, they had a season stint in the championship in the 13/14 season but now currently find themselves in the National League. Been interested of taking them as high as I can ever since HITC Sevens made a video about them.

One team I think is very fun to play is Chester. They are a team in the vanarama north. A storied club founded way back in the 1870s that has won the welsh cup (oddly enough) and competed in league one. However, after serious financial difficulties the team was relegated and ultimately dissolved. The team was reformed in 2010 (and the FA was kind enough to let the new team absorb their trophies), and it was placed in the 8th tier. They have been climbing back since.

Isn’t their stadium actually in Wales? A fun challenge would be to see how far you can get with Chester signing only Welsh players.
I have managed them on FM21 and succeeded bringing them to the premier league. it was really hard and fun challenge

Denmark is a fun one to play in, was my FM22 save. Never got all the way to any real UCL Glory (consistently went out in round of 16) but was able to pretty much take over the domestic league.
I found the same when I was Nordsjaelland
I did a Copenhagen save this year due to my love of the Icelandic players and I managed to win the champions league within 7 years
I’m getting tough version for 1st time excited tbf might go to the Belgium team or Koberhaven however u spell it

Great video! Nice to see someone who doesn't just suggest 10 english teams. Personally I plan on either St. Pauli, or Bohemians Prague for this years FM.
I think england is very overrated. My favorite part of a save is once you hit the top flight, slugging your way thru the euros. You get so much money in the prem that by the time you get there, you can basically already win it, and by the time you can win the prem, you can win the champions league. Small countries are not super fun either (like iceland or wales), because the first time you hit the champions league group stage, you get so much money the domestic league isnt even worth playing.
I find the best leagues to play in are 6-15 on the nation qualifier list. Netherlands, portugal, austria and scotland are all good ones.

Some good recommendation; especially the CF Intercity one, it seems very in-line with FM gaming as Intercity is the first Spanish football club to be listed on the stock market. Experimental.

Notts County, English players only, with a focus on youth development. That's what I wanna play after watching this video. Alternatively, manage Accrington instead of Notts County.
well Monza got nicolo rovella on loan, I used that guy in my last save on 22 with Herta and he can play any position in the midfield and rock it. Not as good as the recent Ajax player Lorenzo I can do everything right Lucca but close enough.
I think I had Rovella on loan a few years ago for about 4 seasons, tried to sign him on a free, and he went elsewhere. Heartbreak. I fell in love with a loan player.

I used to like doing Wrexham in the English leagues but that's kind of spoiled now. I think I might do the Deportivo rebuild.
Yeah there was a lot of excitement about Wrexham last year! Deportivo is a really good one to do!
Vejle Boldklub from Denmark who plays in the second league but has Many fans and a Big history

Vini plays on left Rodry in middle and Endri on right would be fun to see them togather for both ckub amd country for 10 years , that would be equal to having both ronaldo and messi for 10 years in older fm, baseically cheating , or like having Haaland and M'bappe now in this one .

I'm playing FM for the first time since 2019, I had been consistently playing FM since 2010, when the public (fans) where still made of cardboard . Then switched to FiFa in 2019. must say, i still have to get used to the back way graphics, and lifting a trophy with a totally quiet stadium. ;) So.. who to pick ?... easy... I am starting with Oldham Athletic.. Managed them before, way back. I am an Ajax fan, or.. was. but having managed them before, i like them. and found them way down in English football.. and i mean WAY down. I couldn't believe it. Deep in financial problems, no facilities to speak off, Players that suck, a stadium that falls apart... and surely destined for amateur football.. NOT on my watch... I am going t bring them back to the Premier league.. That's going to take me at least a decade or 2... Guess i have my work cut out for me...

I'm from Belgium ..... i love playing with English clubs in lower divisions .... are there more teams with great history in very low division ???
Wrexham is a good shout, was done a lot on FM22 as well. There's a few that have good stories - Yeovil have had a real fall from grace, Oldham and Notts County former Premier League clubs, Peterborough Sports have been on a steady rise in recent years!
