Hello, my name is Stephen James and I am a Certified Evaluator and Instructor. I'd like to take a bit of time to have a look at your video and give a few remarks on how good it is. Although I think that 10 minutes may not be a whole lot of time for "Coupling and Uncoupling". I will get back to you soon. Thank you and have a good night Sir.
Hello Peel TDS, I am a Qualified Evaluator and Instructor, plus I began my trucking career in Jan. of 1976. I have almost 50 years of trucking and over 5,000,000 miles accident-free. The first thing I want to tell you is the catwalk and the bungee cord, are illegal. Nothing is supposed to be on there. If you've been checked and haven't been caught, it is only a matter of time. That 5th wheel is dry as a bone, which means the trailer's upper plate is dry as well. That alone will be costly. How this driver Uncoupled and Recoupled, was wrong. Plus I won't get into all he missed, but he was only showing how to. I will give you a little hint, do you see the 5th wheel and the excessive overhang of the 5th wheeled grease, that is a big time waste and means that whoever laid grease on there, at some point, placed way too much. I am going to check out a few more of your videos, and I will leave a comment. In my professional opinion, I'd drop this video and do it again, only this time, try for a better score.
I have learned a lot from this particular video more than any older video. I have found online thank you very much. I am almost ready to pass my test I thank you guys.
You did not check inspection sticker brother. Also did not lower suspension when in pulling then raising it when pulling away but definitely good video! I hope this helps me for my test. Thank you!
Went walking around the truck be sure to put 1 foot in front of the other and push off in a forward motion. With the body moving forward be sure to alternate pressure on each foot to ensure a walking motion. If this is the level of detail required to certify a truck driver, I’m not necessarily sure they should be driving at all.
Today my son got a AZ licence in that college
Its nice informative video 📹 👍 👌
Great demonstration 👍👍
But that Truck certainly needs washing😂😂

You didn’t check the inspection stickers and also you didn’t apply the brakes after checking automatic application of trailer breaks.
