Other Ahab fight clear out the statues between phases doesn't it? Though given you wanted longer battles maybe you wanted three-in-one boss fight. Outis is fun and I use her in a non-burn general AoE team where she does decent along with Regret Faust, Maid Ryo, Spicebush Sang and others (options include Dawn Sinclair, Kim Sault though be pushing it and Wild Hunt Cliff though they require far more effort than just clicking auto).
