Is this a good street set up?

As long as you don’t get the spherical bushings yes it is a great setup for the street. Just enough compliance that it doesn’t make it unpleasant to drive but there when you want to push the car.

Is it possible to get the front upper control arm with the rod end replaced with rubber bushing instead of the spherical?

Unfortunately, no… in most use cases we leave the lower control arm bushings OEM to maintain some compliance in the suspension for street driving. If you are concerned about ride quality these do not impact that a significant amount. Especially if you are using a rubber bushing on the coil over top hat…. For maximum track performance we replace all OEM bushings.

It does add some harshness but nothing excessive. You will feel that pot hole more than you would have before but on other surfaces you likely won’t notice the difference in ride quality.
