I live in Belgium so that is 2 hours and 30 min drive towards Phantasialand. This is by far my favorite place on earth. The coasters are awesome, theming is out of the world. Amazing people, and I can keep going. I Wish I could visit it way more, now it's once in a couple years bc I have no one that has ever time to go xd. I just rode taron for the first time last week after dreaming of it for 3-4 years and men what a kick ass ride my mouth was literally open when I entered klugheim 😂.
It sure is a great park and we love Taron and Chiapas very much!

Same for me! I was january 2022 on the last of opening at Winter dream, and my first time i ride Taron and fly. Both coasters are absolutly amazing. The coasters themings are very good integrated.

I guess I'm still a relative "newbie" .....about 18 months for me 😁
I`ve been a avid fan for the last 3 years and watch every vid, including Adventure Shawn. It`s given me so many ideas for future trips. Having watched Shawn`s vids on New York for example I was planning a trip there in March which sadly I had to cancel. I was also going to go back to Kennywood and visit Cedar Point in September but again that doesn`t look like it is going to happen. I must admit I`d really like to go to both this hotel and the park. They both look amazing unlike the Charles Lindburgh. That looks a little too rusty for my taste.
@@OxtonSWA This one and Europa-Park are two of the best in the world. Europa-Park has won that accolade (best theme park) several times officially, while Phantasialand has some of the best rides in the world in several categories, in my opinion. One of the best coasters with Taron, probably the best mine train with Colorado Adventure, probably the best log flume with Chiapas, and probably the best flat ride with Talocan. Not to mention some great hotels, as you said.
A big youtuber shouted you guys out one of the sidemen and they are massive and I thought it was so cool to see theme park worldwide get a shout out for making great videos keep it up guys 👍🏻

While you have been in Phantasialand, me and my friends did two days of amusement parks:
Day 1:
-Freizeit-Land Geiselwind: I remember that this park used to have little to no theming, but in recent years, the park has been trying to leave its carnival past behind it by adding more theme-oriented areas or by placing random thematic elements around their already existing attractions. In addition, the park is home to six different roller coasters: a standard Boomerang, an old Mack Rides Powered Coaster, the unique coasters Cobra and Doggy Dog, and two Zierer roller coasters: a unique spinning coaster and a Hell Diver. One job was a bit better than the other, Cobra was a bit rattley tho. The park also has a reasonable collection of flat rides and a whole range of children's and family attractions. -Greuther Keller: A stone's throw from Freizeit-Land Geiselwind is another restaurant / beer garden called Greuther Keller, which also houses a small-scale Alpine Coaster and Snow-Tubing attraction.
The Alpine Coaster by Greuther Keller is nothing to write home about, but it is still a nice stop to stretch your legs and have a drink. With a length of only 360 meters, the track is even on the short side, but that also translates into the price of a ride: € 1.5. There is also a Snow Tubing ramp for the same price.
Day 2:
-Erlebnisfelsen Pottenstein: At Erlebnisfelsen Pottenstein you can enjoy several activities. A big eye-catcher is a large viewing bridge, which gives you a view of the valley around the park. Another is the toboggan run Frankenrodel which has a length of 1200 meters. The Alpinecoaster Frankenbob also contains the necessary zest and offers a ride of 1000 meters, but the automatic magnetic brakes on the track somewhat ruined the experience. The most special creation of Wiegand that this park owns is Hexenbesen. This is a hanging roller coaster, where you take two people in the gondola. Maybe not the most exciting experience, but definitely worth a visit.
They also have a large Skywalk, slides and other additional payment attractions such as trampolines and boats.
-Monte Kaolino: If you hear a gigantic sand mountain in the middle of the German mountain landscape, that is exactly what Monte Kaolino means: an amusement park on a sand mountain. In this amusement park, which is close to the Czech border in Hirschau, South Germany, You can ski and snowboard on the sand flank, swim or brave the large, steep and unloved Alpine Coaster known as the Monte Coaster. A track with steep drops and sharp turns where even the most experienced alpine rider sometimes has to brake.
-AltmühlBOB: A more famous stop between Nuremberg and Munich is AltmühlBOB, where both a normal Alpine Coaster and a unique Speed Coaster can be found, along with a few playground equipment and a beer garden.
The “normal” Alpine Coaster AltmühlBOB is a very nice track, none of that, but it still fades with the second track: Speed Bob. This Speed Coaster from Wiegand only consists of three airtime hills, and boy they deliver some airtime! The unchecked feel of this unique credit is to transfer home. Note the brusque end brakes because they are quite abrupt.

Try looking on Google Earth. If you look at the latest images, you can see the whole layout of Fly. You can also go back on time, and see how the park has changed.

I didn‘t know that they play lion sounds at night, haha! Love it. They put a lot of thought in their theming and sound fx. Fun fact: in Klugheim they‘re using falcon sounds every minute or so. The sound keeps away the birds from Klugheim. Imagine hitting a bird when riding Taron. No fun.

What a lovely themed hotel, and you couldn't ask for easier access to the park. For a second, i thought you could have been at Disneys Animal Kingdom, ha, ha.

My closest friend lives 30 minutes away by car so when I went 2 years ago I stayed with her family which wasn’t too bad!! I paid €47.50 for a day ticket but due to a summer deal we got 2 days for that price!! I will be planning a park view hotel room trip for a future visit!! Already planning my return (2022 is all I can say for now)

I've just booked 2 nights at europa park at the new hotel with park tickets for 2 days and 1 day at the water park and it cost me 850 euro. be interesting to see how much your enitre trip cost. especially disneyland as that is the most expensive of them all! I was planning on visiting this park and then the pandemic arrived but now its back open i don't know if i should wait and get the full experience or go this year, do you have any advice?

In no way is that an "authentic African experience". What does that even mean? How can you represent thousands of different cultures in one hotel room?
The hotel is themed around Africa. The theming is fantastic and I find it a very authentic experience!
