Should always disconnect your battery as the first step. This reduces the chance of shorting any circuits or damaging parts when removing/installing due to a power surge. Other than that, great tutorial, thank you.

Is there a good way to disable the front and rear cameras? I have to have the cameras "removed" for work.
Since you pried the screen off does that mean that it is no longer water proof? Does it affect the water proof tape?
Yes, no longer wateproof. After any part replacement the waterproofness is gone.
How about the waterproof tape? Is this no longer water resistant because of disassembling?

Yes. Optical image stabilization is ruined. Replacing camera module will fix this issue

camera sensor may be dirty, or inside of lens. Or focus issue

My Iphone fell in the water some times a go, the camera and flash light is not working, I noticed there’s a crack on my top right corner of my iphone due to the fell, I think the water came through that crack, is there anything i can do fix the camera, or i just go for replacement, and what about my flash light?
Both flashlight and camera are the same unit. You have to replace it.

People cry about it but once you work on over a few thousand devices you realize they logic boards are coated and so it makes no difference in most small repairs.
While you won't break your phone 99% of the time, there's still a chance you will. Happened to me cuz i got lazy and didn't disconnect the battery. Ended up blowing a backlight fuse and had to send it off for a $150 microsoldering repair. It's worth the extra 30 seconds to unplug the battery whenever you work on a phone. Save yourself the hassle and the money
just a note... You replaced the camera but you didn't show us that it actually works... just saying.. Otherwise a good detailed video..

Pretty weird not disconnecting the battery first. That's wrong. Also weird not replacing the waterproof seal to prevent water damage. That's wrong, too. Be careful of instructional videos on TH-cam - clearly just anyone can make them.
Could there be any other internal reason for the camera to not be working?
So many reasons, from internal disconnection to graphics chip problems to being shorted by another component.

Negative. iPhone 6s doesn't have the hardware on the logicboard to support the camera and the camera is a different pinout.
