Thank you, John. Not only did you show us what it looks like from the service provider, you walked us through the customer side as well.

This is the first time I have put my phone down and actually followed through on a technical video, and I got to say wow! Such an amazing way to describe concepts and in depth information!

You are a great teacher, being able to explain something in a comprehensible manner show you are subject savvy. I like the way you compare the classic vs. modern (Lighthouse) approach, but also how you show how one goes about using Lighthouse and what the considerations are.
    Thumbs up!

Thanks John! As a satisfied user I can confirm it's an MSP's godsend. No dataplane is annoying for Key vault etc, but I've been there when Lighthouse didn't exist: that was far worse!

Also worth noting that things like Policy Deployment/Admin can be achieved by creating a User Assigned Managed Identity (UAMI) that has Policy Admin role and then delegating rights to the MSP group over the UAMI.

This is very useful - thank you. I wonder if they will add data plane actions and Owner role any time soon - I see this video is a couple years old and looks like no changes to Lighthouse yet, so I'm guessing it's not on the roadmap lol.

Great for MSP's, big EA customers are a big more reluctant to cede the control from their side (even though it means more effort for them)

The no data plane access on this is really unfortunate, not being able to see data in containers and file shares etc can be frustrating.
You can however use Bastion so thats good. You will still need a ADDS credential to log into a windows VM however.
