The Future | City Bus Manager | West Scotland

The year is 1999 and Wrightbus & Volvo have unveiled the successors to the Renown and the B10BLE, National Busways are eager to try out the new type in as it promises greatly improved emissions and fuel economy. National Busways West Scotland are the division chosen for the new type's debut who choose to launch it on a brand new route; a long suburban route between Bearsden and Newton Mearns via the Clyde Tunnel and Silverburn Shopping Centre.

29:50 when you contribute to the map data, can you do a video on how you would do it, as there's so many holes in my local area and in places I go to a lot so I'd love to know how to fill it in!

I'll def look at doing that. I've made a few unsaved trial edits to see what the process is like. It doesn't look too complicated so it's something I'll strongly consider.

I think that the 108 should form part of a larger network of outer suburban routes, maybe the 100 series could be a collection of routes, a bit like the SL[x] Superloop network in London, rather than one massive outer suburban loop that would take over 3 hours to complete and would be prone to delays...
