It appears that your system has been offline for almost 2 years! I see that your charge controller is not on our compatibility list. Please contact support as soon as possible.
@@Tigo_Flex_MLPE hallo to whom ever this is I have top of the line charge controllers Victron Smart Solar 250/100 - Tr VE.can charge controller i have unplugged 12 optimisers and swiched off the optimizer link as well as the optimiser controller and ever since then my system works like a clock your optimizers burnt out 2 charge controllers within a month or less from each other and cost me 20k on the two burntout chargecontrollers an the Tigo system also costed me about 25k so that is more than 45k wasted on breakages that was caused by the tigo system, how would you like to rectify this issue i had 3 strings connected to the charge controller with 4 460w JA solar pannels in each string which is way under the maximum VOC that these charge controllers can handle which means that can never burn out the charge controllers and it is still working very well without the optimizers installed…
