Lichi’s , better known as Lychee’s!! Failed to say problem is more when unripened!. There is poison in tomatoes as anti bug defence. (Better to cook them). Issue: All about quantity for body size, and don’t only eat them , unripened, on empty stomach. 30 - 100 for children and 200 for adults.
"Longest bowel movement ever recorded" (euphemism are misleading: Was the contraction long Or was the time taken to poop long Or was the poop long? My inner child is delighted)
Interesting... When Dr. Greger talks about how HDL cholesterol isn't helpful, he says that pills that increase HDL cholesterol aren't helpful in anyway in preventing CVD. But when it comes to pills that include fiber/beta-carotenoids/phytonutrients, he concludes it's that the pills, not the phytonutrients, that don't work.
iirc there's also epidemiological studies that found no protective effect from genetically high HDL levels with regard to cardiovascular disease/events, which makes his conclusion seem valid to me
Yes, he's still pushing the limits of the microphone he's using---BUT It's FAR better than it was before. I hope the message can get though that he needs to give that mic a little more distance to stop overdriving its dynamic response. Thanks for noticing because I've held my tongue on the last two podcasts. It's better but he's still not there with "full good" audio. It's sharp and pushing tinny yet, but we've gotten him down out of the distortion zone.
Noting how he shifts back and forth with the "bumpers": The "in studio" sound is so very much better (nearly ideal) than the "podcast" sound of the bulk of his audio. PERHAPS they will figure out how to use that setup for the full production if possible. Could be wonderful for all our ears!
This channel is so way under appreciated !!! One day, I think it’s going to blow up suddenly !!
Thank!

Lately I've been doing 2-footers.
Here in Newfoundland we have a Blueberry filled Donut, you get the best of both. :-)
Certainly not healthy for the Endthelium, but tasty of course.
Does the canning process include like dole fruit cups as well?
So havang a cup a blueburrays countaweights a dognut?
no, nothing can "outweigh" what you've eaten, eating blueberries can give you more nutrition than a donut, but not outweigh the donut's "nutrition"

What are leechies. Never heard of it. Guess I don't have to worry about it then. I still don't know what leechies are.
lychee's are a fruit that are native to southern china, but they can be grown globally.
You can buy them fresh in Asian markets. Delish!
unripe lychees obviously city man
I have to be honest here but the delivery, the speech in this video is rather irritating. I had to put the cc on and mute.
Apply voice normalizer on your videos, will ya
