Capcom's art team attaching Donovan's oversized head on Dmitri's body is one of their laziest attempts to make a secret character.
Well, Capcom created Ken by changing Ryu's head and taking off his shoes 😂

Dee is a Evil Alter Ego of Donovan Banie is True from New Darkstalkers Character in 2005 in 17 years ago in Vampire Darkstalkers Collection from PS2 is only in Japan!

I thought it was kinda lame and lazy to keep Donovan's moves the same and just put Donovan's head on Demitri's body. They could've given Donovan a modern vampire look (plus we still don't know who his vampire dad was 🤔😅).
Capcom really likes to reuse characters... like Ryu / Ken / Akuma / Evil Ryu / Dan / Sean / Kage

How do you unlocke him?
It is only available in the Darstalkers Collection and is only selectable in the "Arrange" or "Special" version of the games.
Highlight the random select box on the character select screen and press "Start" 9 times and then press any punch or kick button.
