This could have been a great video, and info ive really been looking for, but close ups of the actual materials being used would have been helpful. It would be really helpful to show the side by side differences of snaps in close up.
@@SpringfieldLeather not no help, just a little closer when you are describing what you are doing. it is easy to get things wrong when we can't see what you did.
Thank you so much for this video. I was really wondering about the pull-the-dot snaps just yesterday and TaDa! You ARE a mind reader!.... what am I thinking right now? 🤔😆

@@treasurehuntwithcaptaindav2674 It sounds like Verdigris. Which happens between brass, copper, or bronze when it is exposed to the natural salts in the leather. Clean clean clean and then you can put a wax coating on the snap. Hopefully that will help.
@@SpringfieldLeather oops my fault there. I missed that part. I have been wondering about this for a while so I got excited. I was going to just call you guys this week but this video helped me out instead. Thank you much.

Very poor video. Not one close-up when it was most important. At the few times when there was an actual close-up, his hands were obstructing the view of the work! Then, back to the tripod view, he holds up the finished snap and says, "See this?". I couldn't take it; stopped the video at four minutes.

Nice works....
What if we don’t know the name for each, we can’t see it
What's the difference between glove snaps and spring snaps?

Water or sweat? When do you notice it?

@@SpringfieldLeather THANK YOU SER,,
So the "Setter,Snap-All/RivetDlxKit4Pc" sets all these?
It will do the Line 20, 24 and Pull the Dot, but not the Spring or Segma. In the description we listed the tools used. Hope this helps.

This video is incredibly bad. You have no close ups of the snaps and your hands cover all the action!
Thanks for the great feedback.
