Thank you for this great video. Unfortunately, I have a fake. Your video was very informative and I had almost all the telltale signs of a fake. And it doesn't even smell the same. It has that alcohol-y pine-ish smell you discussed. Bought my fake from Etsy through a seller named Jay Villa Supplyusagoods. Great video!

Thank dude! Got a fake bottle from a too good to be true deal and immediatly thought after the first splash "naaahh that smell is way off". Although, they tried realy hard, even with batch code and everthing, your video gave me proof I was not mistaken.
I have empty creed bottles that I’ve seen people sell on eBay for $50. I will never sell my empty bottles. I don’t display them. Some people collect empty fragrance bottles, and that is fine. I don’t. My concern is someone buying my empty legit bottle, filling it with CDNIM or something else, and taking advantage of someone that doesn’t know any better.
Also you can keep ur empty bottles and get them refilled from the fragrance house for very good prices.

Mr. Lopez, that’s a big 10-4 on your video. I only by mine from places like Nordstrom, Creed Boutique, Neiman Marcus, etc… yes, you will pay $500 for 100ml, but you KNOW it’s real and will never have to post on a forum “can someone help me tell if this is real or not”. Labelle Perfumes has legit Creed and other fragrances at discounted prices. I trust them as well. I would never trust eBay for something like this. Especially sellers that use stock photos.

Based on the fake you showed us, I noticed there are a lot of fakes being sold on Facebook Marketplace.
Yes you have to be very careful. Costco sells aventus for cheap. Thats the best route to go with it think under $300 for 100ml!

The detail of the crown logo on the box and cap are totally different. The two folded cards inside the box are the same dimensions when folded on the legit

I also found out walmart is third party purchase aswell on fragrances.. soon as I found out I canceled my order... and I also ordered from real deal packs website that sold u the same cologne u have same price too I knew something was fishy because of the price was too discounted but the dead give away was real deal packs is known for selling sex toys but when it come to the fragrances they only had like 7 options to choose from I canceled that order before it was even shipped to me.. that's crazy how they selling a knock offs $ 25 cologne for over 100 plus bucks it's sickening

I got one from Mercari and at first I thought it was authentic. Then later, i compared to the original sample and i realized its not. But I had already rated it and couldn't return. $160 loss. I ordered a dupe from oil perfumery and it smells so much like the original and has a long lasting power, and a fraction of cost.

I have green Irish tweed and even if it’s not aventus this video helped to identify that mines is legit. I got it from fragrancex and it was my first time buying from them and I was a little concerned

even the authentic one is watered down here in US ,...Buy the staff in Europe only , ..the difference is significant,..have someone in Europe buy it for you in send it to you ....unless you want to mingle down there yourself 🙂
I was pretty lucky with my batch i guess. But Nordstrom is the way to go when it comes to big boy purchases like creed ect.
Every thing was matching up with the real one until i took the cap off, does it mean its fake even if its not white in it?
It doesn’t smell like alcohol or anything it smells like the real one i only know this because i know someone who has it and it smells identical, everything was adding up until i took the cap off

I took a gamble and ordered one suppose to be on sale. Came in today. The top isn't flush on one side. Though the mister part is black. Cap doesn't snap. Tho the batch number is etched on the bottom and matches the box. MYbe their getting better at faking. Maybe the production of creed bottling took a hit. I'll order next time from the site.

Your labeling is off on your authentic bottle. On the back look closely at the top of your label (line). There’s a slope.
it’s not perfect but it’s authentic. If you know, you know what the real aventus smells like.

I bought mine from fragrancenet and it looks legit, plus they're a reputable seller, but I was real skeptical after seeing this video, but the box itself looks like yours and the symbol at the top is raised not flat. I'll open soon but the smell when I gently squeeze the box smells really nice too. thank you for the video.

i dont know if thats what actually happened, but it put a bad taste in my mouth regarding fragrancenet

And if I may give a suggestion. I think you should do more "How to spot fake Parfum", after all it is your most clicked video. The thing is with your police suit it looks like just as your name says, you are on duty. No long stupid blabla, just straight up real investigation. Do this and you will be succesful.
Would need more proof than that for a knock off, Unfortunately most manufactures don't even hold up to their own production standards or quality control standards over time. Or they will change how their product is manufactured or were it is manufactured. Was a big issue over it while back when doctors had to start taking out replacement hips because the manufacture quit acid bathing the metal parts. So some times its the actual maker of a product selling the knock offs! I suspect in a lot of circumstances they are double dipping. better product to brick and mortar stores, Cheaper versions online. If there is an issue. Oh thats not our product that is a knock off. A product changes hands so many times these days in most cases it would be hard to prove even with batch numbers. That batch number isn't in our system. Our legal system for the most part work for the rich. Its part of why capitalism doesn't work for every one, It was never suppose to. That would require the rich to always be honest.

Depends on the batch. It usually has a very light tint to it. Its not 100% clear.

Smells watered down. Real Aventus has a more natural pineapple smoothness. And in all it, smells expensive. What i got was very different though similar. Hate to say even cdnim was outstanding compared to the fake I was sold.
