J'ai fais une vidange de la boite et j'ai vu qu'il y avait de la limaille ( laiton ). Le garage bmw me dit qu'une bague en laiton est usée. Ma premiére question : - Est-il possible pour un particulier de faire le changement de la bague avec votre video ??? - Pour remonter les engrenages et tout le reste, faut-il des réglages ou des calages ?? @@davidguichou5680 you can take the gearbox apart and inspect tje clutches for wear and also check the bearings for wear. If tje bearings are worn, you lose oil pressure past the bearings and then the clutches slip. The clutches are what select the gear. Any form of pressure loss will cause clutch slip. You can buy repair kits from ZF.
@@davidguichou5680 at 16:43 you can see the bearings that I replaced. They are made of phosphor bronze, that may be what you are seeing in the oil. If there are metal particles inside the gearbox, you will need to clean it all out before reassembly. There are no mechanical adjustments required. As long as everything is clean and reassembled correctly it should drive ok. Reset the gearbox adaptations with a OBD Diagnostic scan tool.
Dunno. Never done just clutches. Full rebuild with new bushings, clutches, seals, solenoids, valve body cleaned and resealed, torque converter rebuild advised. Can't remember how much it all came to. But it's the only way they drive like new again.
