Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and More-Adaptive Division Event 4 Chipper-2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games

The weights were heavy, and the movements were challenging.
In Event 4 of the 2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games, athletes in the Upper Extremity, Lower Extremity, and Neuromuscular divisions all completed a chipper with movement variations for biking, sit-ups, squats, and either an overhead walking lunge, handstand walk, or bear crawl.
