I worked security at this concert. I'm not particularly into heavy metal, although I grew up with Metallica. But these guys really know how to put on a show. The guitar skills were top notch, and the lead singer has a passion for what he does. Good times had by all. Was a great show.
The backing female vocals in this song gives me goosebumps, I think I'm gonna love this track on the album. As long as they dont mess up the backing vocals on the album like they did with Faith. Faith sounded so much better live than on album.
Unfortunately the Ghouls don't record in the studio. Tobias does the guitars and vocals and stuff like that all by himself. So Faith is also all Tobias in terms of vocals.
@@NHR_Music Tobias confirmed recently that (for instance) the guitars on Impera are played by Per Åkesson, because "he can do things I cannot". Sooooo....
@@Jasperr23 Yeah but that's in relation to the lead guitar work and just recording the guitars in the studio. Everything in terms of vocals is done by Tobias. Most of the guitar and bass guitar work has in the past also been done by Tobias. It's only for Impera that another person has been brought in to record the guitars. This is because Tobias doesn't focus that much on playing the guitar anymore as he also plays drums while warming up on tour, that is why he brought in Fredrik Åkesson because he plays like 5 hours a day and it helps massively in the writing process to make the guitars as good as they can be. The only thing where other people in the past have really contributed is in the writing process and in the recording of the drums and synthesizers as far as i know.

I attended this show, it was fantastic. Wish ghost had more time, but it is what it is. The poor guys were in full on panic mode when they couldn't get the curtain down before the pyro was set to go off.
this song really grew on me. It went from "ugh, so upbeat and unghostly!" to "holy fucking shit, this is such a banger and so fitting!". I've really grown to love the energy of it. It's quite honestly exactly what I need right now, I wish there was a studio version. Also, the songwriting is simply stellar. This now lives in my head rent-free.
