Yeah it was quite the game. Big 10 has amazing games but I think you misinterpreted what people say. The sec has the better teams and players but that doesn’t mean the big 10 doesn’t have great time and absolute thrillers

I honestly don't know for certain if Penix was across on the 2-pointer or not - and if he had been ruled short the ruling would have also stood because there was no way to overturn it either way - but this was the right outcome of the game. Penn State deserved to lose because of their stupidity at managing the clock at the end of the game and Indiana deserved to win because they out-scrapped them despite being far less talented.
@American Emperor hard to say, hence why the play stands. Yes the ball appears to hit the ground right before the pylon, but it's not the nose of the ball that hits the pylon, it's the middle. The nose is the farthest most extended part of the ball and it's coming across at an angle. The nose may have crossed the plane inside the pylon before the ball hit the ground/pylon. The angle just isn't good enough and even slow motion the call is really close. Call on field would probably have stood either way it was called.

That was the definition of not having enough evidence to overturn the play. Replay would have agreed with either scenario. It was that close.
