Meanwhile youll see cloth seats from 60 years ago that are GTG... always go cloth unless its a luxury sedan. Then I get it. Quilt me up, throw some alcantara in there.
Just got my ‘23 Silverado RST & I absolutely love it! Came with a bed liner, leather seats, heated steering, heated front seats, sunroof, rear sliding window, multi flex tailgate, Z71 package & 6.2 V8. Love it! Only zonk, my front passenger seat isnt electric powered nor has a seat adjustment
How much was it?
I grabbed a Silverado RST Z71 Duramax months ago and love it! I switched from a Ford Fanboy to team Chevy!
$60,000 is insanity. At that price, I'd say around 10% of the buyers can actually afford it. The rest are broke fools who are living way beyond their means.
My Tundra TRD Pro 2015 was 50k back in 2016 fully loaded.
These trucks are a very reasonable asking price with the futures they offer.
The only items missing from my old truck, are leather, a sunroof, aftermarket wheels & tires, bed cover, dual exhaust.
I will take the Ford F-150 from this set
Many people have forgotten how much trucks cost a few years ago since most people were buying well below msrp. You get alot more in these newer trucks, whether a consumer deems it worth that is subjective.
I have never owned a truck but I am considering purchasing my first one as of right now F150 XLT Sport is what I’m leaning towards.
I really hope when RAM does a refresh they make LED head lights Standard, it is 2023 no vehicle should come with halogen lights anymore.
Halogens are better in the winter, imo.

From experience as a 16 year old who drives a 2023 1500 RST full package, I rate it the best. Comparing it to the Ford F-150, all of my buddies have preferred my main truck, the Chevy, over my Ford. Although, I have no experience or ownership of a Ram but I think they out perform Ford in all ways when comparing their base trucks, though the F-250 is an amazing truck.... Denali though out performs it all in my opinion when it comes to pulling, performing, and overall comfort.
- I think a perspective from a way way younger age guy like me helps a lot. Combined, my father and I have an 150, 250, 1500 RST, 2500 HD Denali, and a work truck, that is a beast over Fords F-350, a Denali 3500 HD Plat with stock all around.
- Also, enjoyed the video a lot as I love learning from others!

Love how the chevy screen lags. Great feature. It lags to assist older people who aren't sure how to use it. Chevy was afraid that if the screen had a decent response time the elderly may be more confused by it.

Great review as always, really like when you line them up ... just an idea should mention the fuel min. manufacture rating each vehicle requires, sometimes the mpg is a wash if ya gotta run premium vs regular
Honestly after I had all 3 I would say hands down the ram and ford are the best trucks out there. Ford really stepped it up GM needs to focus on one truck and they prolly will be able to make a more reliable and better truck over all but I would take the ford all day 🤘🏼

Nice video ben. I like this one. 3 cool trucks to check out. I would rate them as such: ford with 3.5 ecoboost, then put the baby duramax in that chevy as #2, then last ram with 5.7 no etorque….ram gets last cause I absolutely hate their “mds”
the f150 ecoboost is def worse then the ram 5.7. The ram overall looks more attractive no doubt, rear end with dual exhaust looks way better, it sounds WAY better then the vacuum cleaner noises you hear in the EcoBoost which sounds terrible, and the interior is objectively nicer and more upscale.

Ford is god awful ugly and that one has a package that wasn't on the Chevy hense the 2000. I have an RST with power rear window, sunroof , leather cost 61. Ford is last Ram is middle, then Chevy first by a Mile. looks wise, longevity wise both by a million. All have nice features but Chevys design is by far the best at this level. Especially with leather. I do like ford's cloth more

Ford if your towing more, Ram is best ride and interior and Chevy is in the middle. The Ecoboost has its cam phaser issues, there’s a national buck order on the 5.3 due to major issues and Ram has exhaust manifolds warping. Ram needs to upgrade the powertrain since it has the least amount of power in the segment and the least amount of options for powertrain.
yes they need that Straight 6 in the Ram
@@Qugie and the higher power version too. As of now it’s getting the 400 hp version which just gives it a good bump in torque not hp from the Hemi.

I have a 22 Ram Big Horn Built to Serve. Came from a 21 Trailboss. No comparison Ram hands down so much nicer. No one talks about how choppy the Silverado ride is.
I have a 22 RST its like riding on a cloud, i have ridden in choppy Trail bosses(it was the old tires they used) and a trail boss with the newer tires (different model ) and it rides almost like my RST. Rams are no where near Silverado Build quality

I've got an electronic selectable rear locker in my Ram. Had the crappy G80 in my Trailboss.
@@BayouToad Yes, same with my F150. G80 works good for what it is. A lot of trucks still come with no rear locking diff, which is crazy.

I like the Chevy exterior and the Ford interior. The Chevy has the best wheels and the Ford has the best layout.

Nice comparison, biased because I have on order a 23 Silverado LT crew with the newer version of the Duramax and bucket seats and floor shifter. I prefer the styling of the Chev especially the front end. Not as boxy as the Ford. Prefer the all digital dash as well and the Duramax and 10 speed is probably the best drivetrain of the 3. Why the Ram still has halogen headlamps is beyond me but I think the standard XLT has them as well. That said why not have led standard front and rear on all 3 including lic and reverse lights. Chevy offers a center rear armrest on the LT, but my sales guy said it wasn't available unless you got letter even though it lists it. As in your other video Ram needs to catch up in a few areas, less content yet higher price.
Eg 8 speed trans, halogen headlights and the truck bed is lacking the lighting and tie downs that both Ford and Chevy have. And only Chevy will have a diesel engine option.
Closer to 60 grand today.
