Note frost does not need to be ascended and was only used because brainiac is 5 star and Gossg or Zatanna were too slow. However with a 6 star brainiac vixen substituting frost should be enough. Even with my five star brainiac if you can track and increase incoming damage increase stacks from puppet you may not need frost and Vixen would do.
