How does Elle Macpherson look so stunning at 54? The supermodel, wellness entrepreneur and Get The Gloss’s monthly columnist was in town recently and stopped by our sofa for a chat with Editor Victoria Woodhall. Here’s a taster…
Her current favourite beauty buys
Elle’s good friend Sam McKnight looks after her hair styling. She loves his new Cool Girl Hair Barely There Texture Mist, £25.

Fake tan or suntan?

She laughs at the memory of too much Sun-In Hair Lightener turning her hair orange back in the day when she was photographed for Sports Illustrated.
On tech-free mornings
Elle always takes time on waking to meditate and to have a moment of gratitude. She tells us that one of the most positive changes has been delaying switching on all screens, including her phone, until around 10am.
On quitting sugar
“Sugar is a very addictive substance and difficult to give up,” says Elle, who has managed to ditch the white stuff and refined carbs. She tells how she did it.
On sleep
Elle prioritises her sleep in a way she never used to. These days she loves a pillow mist and sleep tea with valerian, “Nature’s valium”.

Plastic surgery, inch thick filters, workaholism, theft, sleaze, pushing plain looking son into modelling, ugly personality, narcissm... sure, what's not to love.
I think these health and beauty tips can be found in Elle MacPherson Magazine. They were in Elle Magazine at one point in time when Elle was in between name changes. She decided she was going to reveal her biggest fear in her life in her last name. The massive fear; Fear of consuming a McDonalds Big Mac burger while modeling , either walking down the runway or a print advertisement.
To be more precise, her fear of consuming a Big Mac hamburger with her son while doing a modeling job. (McPherson).
And is a Mic (Mc - nickname for an Irish person) was nearby at the time this could possibly trigger a psychotic breakdown. Finding herself in a green or naive state of being, the Irish person and their country triggering a thr green stare of being.

Im the same height as Elle, I don't really put on weight an eat what I want. You get a way with a lot when your're tall.
O please, when you're tall and lean, it's not abnormal to lose weight accidentally. It's somewhat genetics, and somewhat lifestyle.
YAWN! She is so fake! And she isn't very nice, know from too many people who have dealt with her, actually some have described her as vile.
