Recipe and ingredients:
4 potatoes
Cut the potatoes in half (not all the way through)
Chop 4 cloves of garlic
Put the garlic in the potato slits
Make several foil shapes and place the potatoes in them
Place on a baking sheet
Melt 50 g butter
50 ml vegetable oil
salt, oregano
Mix
Drizzle oil over the potatoes
Lubricate with remaining oil
