Patrick R Idk, that's just how Doug operates most of the time. I think he's unique in his vocals and his performance. He can make songs so powerful without yelling into a mic. A genius in my opinion.
They’re tight af here musically. Best lineup of this band and I saw them last year with totally different lineup for 20 yr keep it like a secret tour. He seizured the whole time.
@@andrewmyles4712 he's a working musician, no big radio play, the occasional sound track or commercial, but not a household. Name, gotta tour to make money, so to keep people coming back for 20 years gotta be tight no matter the lineup

It’s almost like they’re trying to not care. I love built to spill and their raw sound but this isn’t raw it’s intentionally lazy.
