If we object and try to explain that we don't align with their ideology then they regard us, the people they supposed to represent as ignorant and stupid
At 8:55 Candice makes a very valid observation, in general many 16 and 17 year olds are less responsible and less mature than they were a decade or so ago. Sadly this is largely the result of their parents who wrapped their kids up in cotton wool, drive them to school, etc. so they lack the development of common sense, spatial awareness, social awareness and thus social their development is on a much slower curve than previous generations. This has always been a trait of 16 and 17 years olds as they enter the work place, but ordinarily as they interact with their peers at work they soon start to mature and their decision making and coping mechanisms increase. Another factor that has resulted in their social and political awareness being slow to develop, compared to others over the past decade or so. Is in part due to the way, how and what they are taught in school. Their immaturity aside, just look at the current generations of the electorate and the volume that do turn out to vote. Many of them base their voting decision on the way their parents do or did vote. In comparison, their political indoctrination by their parents/friends is no worse in terms of impact, than what would result from an influx of immature voters. When all that is said and done, 16 and 17 year olds do pay tax, most obtain gainful employment, many produce offspring at that age (or earlier), and find issues with local authorities. Therefore, they will be affected directly by political policy, and therefore, they should be allowed to vote. Given the increased in engagement that Reform UK has fostered with the younger generation, it is unlikely that Labour will change the voting age.
Manifesto means nothing. They have always been if butt's maybes with all parties. Pie in the sky. Maybe it's time we stop voting for parties, vote for strong individuals with clear policy with our Nation at the forefront Britons first. Charity beginning at home. Let's get hour house in order first . All sounds a bit familiar doesn't it.
I think we'd be served much better to get mkre teenagers back into proper trades - we need these much more than most things universities can provide for the country, as well as a lack of jobs. So many teenagers, eslecially boys, are disillusioned in schools that would be better served learning joinery, plumbing etc. And theyre more likely to never be out of work.
The government are even holding lads back from doing apprenticeships. If you don’t have grade c maths & English colleges won’t let these young lads do day release & work the other 4 learning a trade. They’re forced to spend 3 days a week in college until they can pass their maths & English so no builder is taking an apprentice on who can only work 2 days a week!
She thought that paying public sector workers more, would increase spending and that this would result in growth and that the additional taxes would prevent price inflation. Keynesian idiocy.

No you do not pay tax and No you do not die for your country till 18
Food tax to help with net zero coming in January MERRY CHRISTMAS
Manifesto means nothing. They have always been if butt's maybes with all parties. Pie in the sky. Maybe it's time we stop voting for parties, vote for strong individuals with clear policy with our Nation at the forefront Britons first. Charity beginning at home. Let's get hour house in order first . All sounds a bit familiar doesn't it.
Truss damaged the economy.
No she didn't; don't be so foolish.
Sorry, just cant stop looking at that ladys xmas tree! that would drive me mad, bare of greenery and baubles at the top! just NO hahaha
Sure they will blame it on Brexit
