You asked for a good reason why someone would want to keep running notes so fingers crossed we get you to show us :-) .When keeping notes on a projects and the construction activities, material acquisition labor etc for certain stages of the project a timeline is important for the deliverables and issues that may have arisen that prevent them from being completed. Running notes with date and person who left the note are fantastic and critical when lessons learned are discussed. Its extremely beneficial with this type of work from contract execution to construction completion. I'd be so grateful if you could show us how to enter a note in one field, click save and have that note append to another just below it showing a running date and time of the entries and providing and edit button to edit the appended if it has errors ......................... whataya think?! Is it possible?
