Ich habe vor langer Zeit in der Goldbergstraße gewohnt, in der Nähe meines Eingangs war eine braune Zigarrenmaschine und ein Laden mit Zaubertricks. An der Ecke, Richtung Hauptstraße, war ein Hähnchenbraten, ich glaube, er hieß "Koki", und genau dort war der Woolworth-Laden. Nicht weit davon, Ecke Bergstraße, war ein Tabakladen und ein Lottoladen, wo ich dienstags mein Glück versuchte. Die Leute sind wunderbar, freundlich und die Stadt selbst sah aus wie ein großer Park. Ich bin später fast bis ans Ende der Hochstraße gezogen, aber es gefiel mir nicht besonders.
Am Wochenende bin ich oft alleine an der nahe gelegenen Bergpromenade spazieren gegangen, danach sahen Bockwurst und Pommes unendlich lecker aus. Und jetzt bereue ich diese Tage. Äh, wenn ich damals diesen Verstand gehabt hätte ...
