rental house in Loreto, Baja California

The VRBO we rented in Nopolo. Just a 10 minute drive south of Loreto. Amazing place and only $159/night for 2 huge master suites. We loved staying here. There are some great restaurants and a wine bar in this community. Definitely family friendly.

My partner and I saw these places way back in 2015 and were considering buying one. They are so nice/cute and were affordable (back then) at around $190K. Don't know what they go for now, but the "village" is so cute with meandering walkways, plenty of pools, a small tienda and a couple coffee and pastry shops. Just down the road from downtown Loreto so not too far from larger grocery stores, the various restaurants, shops, etc. Also the airport is just 8 minutes north. Very nice for vacation or retirement if you like quiet and really relaxed community.

We went down the first time in 2013. We saw those prices too. Now, most are over $500K.
We've been there 3 more times since then. We love it.

Sorry for any confusion. This was our place that we stayed in. It was rented to us. Not by us. We do not own a rental in Loreto. But, it was a great house with all the amenities. We highly recommend. See links to the listing on VRBO in the previous replies.

If ur going to post a property it’s only considerate to post the price?? That includes
1. Short term high vs low season rates
2. Longterm high vs low season rates.
It’s considerate to do this 😮😮😮😮😮
