I stumbled on them in the spring time this year (2024) and binged the podcasts while mowing throughout the summer. 6-8 hours every week spent on a zero turn to help my grandparents and had to fill it with something. Broken by Concept came in clutch
Comunication in soloq is a MUST if you want to climb as adc. You have to try , if they don't want to listen its fine, you can adapt to them. Take responsability for your calls
Tier 2 setup seems much better guys! Only thing I have to say is that Nathan seems a bit cut off because of the table. The previous setup was more symmetrical, we could see Nathan as much as we could see Curtis.
WOOOO so happy for you lads! Love to see the lil "low budget podcast" moving up in the world! And I'm LOVING the addition of a permanent Charlie mic!! I have really enjoyed the episodes featuring him! My only feedback is that I think the camera could stand to be just a bit more zoomed out, right now it feels like you two are a bit cramped in there. Cheers fellas!!
Thank you for talking about your struggles with Sylas and Akali! As someone who's trying to push into NACL next year, I really struggled to learn a lot of carry Top Laners - although the role isn't the same it felt really good to be able to hear someone at such a high level talk about how difficult some of these champions are. It helped me accept the reality of my struggle and that these champions can just be hard.
Not sure about the setup. Kinda liked how laid back it was before. If you want to do something like this, watch the Diary of a CEO channel for inspiration. I reckon there is a whole team behind that, but their setup is really good.
We need to get a seat for Charlie. This is a 3 person podcast now. Also for the love of god put Curtis on the left side. It looks so strange with them reversing side.
Last split went from i3 to s2. This split placed s4. Hit a promo game to gold and held 60% wr over 30 games. Then I have no idea what happened. Turned to garbage, 40% wr. Just landed back in bronze. Miserable month.
I'd disagree with the ADC imposter syndrome response. It's true that there's a lot of learning that scrims can help cover, like jungle invade timers and requesting support from your teams, but there's too many variables about the listener that we don't know. Is he the shotcaller in scrims? Are his soloq teammates not listening to him? Is he just playing passively and following his scrim teammate's calls? Is he pinging enough in SoloQ to show his intentions? He's in a mental slump about his rank and fear of demotion affecting his team's seeding, and I agree with the advice that he should just accept the rank he is in. But he also has 4 people he knows that is Masters+ that can help him vod review, and focus on things that may be affecting his soloq journey. It sounded like his scrim mates acknowledge his skill, and they all grinded the soloq experience, so it would be good to ask them on what parts the listener may be lacking to climb. Maybe it might just be the mental fortitude to grind the number of games needed to hit Masters, or not mentally resetting after each game
You want us to review games that are in the 30% win-winrate. but i hope you realize most people are asking the question of the unsolvable problem because games under gold you can play the best you can and still be 0/3/0 but won first tower and have cs lead. we want to know how to still win. As a old plat/eme player ~65% winrate (before) with yi, the bronze games im in are unwinnable for emerald players. something is wrong with the system or something is wrong. On performance summary i'm playing at a master+ level as master yi jungle...... im 200 games in bronze right now. I never been in bronze. nor hard stuck in bronze.
the seat switch is a bigger shock than the new setup
They switched seats? I thought they only switched appearance, expertise, and personality.
Agreed, had to watch this on my bathroom mirror
Lane swap meta so crazy even their seats got affected, this has to stop
Here from your Ludwig ep, and here to stay. Already watched like 10 eps. It’s my new pod while play league. Great content guys!

I don't think they'd want you to listen while playing though😂

Glorious EVOLUTION
Love this podcast. Really helping me retain a healthy mental after getting back into the game for the first time since 2016
I will miss the old setup, but I'm excited for a new era!
Good to see you legends!

That director actor analogy was golden
Probably better to just have the camera focused on above the table! But ill miss Curtis’s legs.
agree but damn you right
😂😂😂 fr
3rd evolution! I'm here since the start and always find the podcast motivational and useful! Keep it up guys!

Thanks lads
It's 1080p but looks like 720p, focus kinda off.
Big buff on the camera angle for Coach Curtis biceps, seriously great improvement guys! (on the biceps and the pod)
Tbh loving the banter

Beautiful guys
I was super good at times tables, beating all my other class mates every time over 4 years, and I'm really bad at league
ACE method is pretty interesting, always been scared of adc because I hate the idea of being reliant on a teammate.
Hey love the pod. Would recommend giving Charlie a seat in front of the camera if he is going to be such an active participant
32:40 I do this a lot, sorry junglers
9:46 i play camille fiora don't talk to me about wave clear, one bad trade and ur out of the game xd
Please keep the Shiro Sushi Book. 🙏🙏
new setup :0
