Major subjects in professional exams are. Financial accounts cost accounting financial management taxation both direct and indirect audit and laws both company and others laws so if u take b com cs that does not mean u don't want to concentrate on account or taxation
A student taking B.Com CS is advised to go for CS as his first option, that doesn't mean he is ineligible or shouldn't try any other course.

I am doing CA and did b. Com honours I even went through b. Com a&f subjects there is no big difference but honours covers what a&f is gone cover and some more extra which it does not and it has more preference in most of the clg as of now

I'm very sorry to say this sir one cannot do MCA or MSC computer science after completing B.com computer application. I know this personally because I've done my B.com Ca in Am Jain collge.I tried for MCA after my ug but the eligibility criteria for MCA doesn't allow candidates without maths background.
