Thanks for the fun DIY guide! Much appreciated :) And to all the uninformed protohumans in the comments who like to pass along information without verifying it: NO, MICROWAVING DOES NOT DESTROY NUTRIENTS. Or rather, it removes VERY little nutrients, and in fact actually removes FAR LESS than boiling, baking, and such traditional methods.
PLEASE start doing your civic duty and independently confirming information before just blindly passing it along, people; it's your natural duty as a civilized creature.

if you use rosemary with mint ,the mint helps the DHT that might be blocking hair growth.
if you take your herbs and add flax seed ,you will get a very thick thick gelatin ,which might be good for your edges to grow back.

The way I started to make my hair rinse I use rosemary, chamomile (as rosemary can darken hair and chamomile can lighten especially blondes or light brown colors) nettle, couple pinches of pink sea salt as it's good to clear acen so it helps with some scalp issues as well, 1/8 of apple cider vinegar as it helps with everything from fungi on scalp, dandruff, itchiness, product build up, hair follicles being blocked, etc. I let it steep for a few hours. Strain. Add warm water to warm it up a bit so I'm not pouring a cold rinse on my head. And after I shampooand rinse I pour thie entire mixture over my head with my hair flipped over so it gets to the scalp easier. Massage it in for a bit and leave it. My hair feels so soft. No itchy scalp. But this is one of those things that you have to do a trial and error to see what works and what doesn't for you.

✨Seeing the same question over and over again in this comment section:
✨She stated at 4:07 that she applies the rosemary tea to her scalp and hair AFTER deep conditioning and BEFORE applying her leave-in conditioner. 📝 So, (1) shampoo your hair (2) apply a deep conditioning treatment, if you’d like. (3) apply rosemary tea to scalp and hair. I recommend using your fingertips for a few seconds to gently massage the tea into your scalp and stimulate blood flow 4) then apply your preferred leave-in product. Done!
    Additional answers to other comments:
    • God created hundreds of species of rosemary. So, if your rosemary tea does not turn red or pink, that is okay as long as you are using a real, live rosemary plant. Most rosemary brews are a deep yellow or golden hue when using *fresh* or *young* rosemary. Older sprouts and dried sprouts render a darker (red/burgundy) hue. ✨You can dry fresh rosemary for 2-3 weeks and then boil for tea to get a darker color.
    • At 4:18, she stated that she also applies a rosemary tea and aloe vera juice mix to her hair (in between shampoo days) during the week: 50% rosemary tea + 50% aloe juice, mix well and apply to scalp and/or hair.
Many blessings and here’s to happy, healthy hair growth !

What I did was get the sprigs rinse them pat them dry. I boiled a pot of water once boiled I turned off sat it to the side. Once I did that I waited few minutes checked for no bubbles. Let sit for 4 hours and pour into a spray bottle. Really good! Been about 2-3 weeks so far very impressed. I use ors Hair fertilizer the cream. Once I get my locs back I'm by the nettle and horsetail oil

Anne, thank you so very much for the video on the Rosemary Tea, and how to make it! I know that Rosemary is a very potent elixir for hair growth, however I did not know how to properly blend it for my hair use. At the present, I have dried rosemary, and am due for another hair wash day! Thank you again so very much!

This is a testimony I shaved my hair exactly 1 month ago and this has been very beneficial to my hair. It is growing quickly than expected and much thicker. I am literally obsessed and I will not do anything different. To restore my moisture I use avocado oil Seamoss and aloe vera mask and I spray this every other day or every other 3rd day. My scalp prior to using this rinse was extremely dry and I had excessive breakage prior to me cutting my hair not only has this cut been spiritually cleansing it is really good to start using natural remedies consistently and watching the growth. Happy Healing ❤️‍🩹

I just pulled a super old cold infused tea out of my fridge. No mould, no foul odour, no rust on the metal of the container, so I tasted the 5 or 6 year old tea. It's turned to alcohol....
    Edit:
A super weak alcohol, but definitely alcohol. Not strong enough to do anything but provide a sharp herbal flavour. lol

Love the helpful information. The only thing that made me cringe was watching you place the frozen cube in the microwave killing off some of the great nutrients. I would suggest taking it out sooner to give it time to melt or use the double boiler method. Otherwise very awesome and helpful video.

@@claudiakanyembo5949 it's not the freezing part that was the problem, although nothing is going to be as nutrient rich as the fresh product. The issue is placing it in the microwave to melt it for use.

My hair reduced falling after I did a few things. I used natural hair masks like avocado and yogurt. I avoided brushing my hair when it was wet to prevent it from breakage. Once a week, I massaged my scalp with hair oil. I cleansed my hair once or twice a week with liiitleextraa cocoonnnion shampoo.
