FYI you can totally make “stove rice” in the microwave, I make my basmati rice in the microwave in a glass bowl, you have to experiment a little with the time but the water to rice ratio is the same for the stove but it’s so much faster!! Would absolutely recommend!

The Greek bowl-the cucumber is the culprit. It’s mainly a watery vegetable and when it sits in the fridge, it leaks water and waters down your meal. I’ve had this issue. Drain it every day and re-seasoning it should help. :)
Those extensions are pretty well priced! It is indeed an investment because you could always sell them if you wanted to. :)
