Nice. I think all Tiny Designs shld incorporate a roof Water Collection Gutter System for sustainability sake. Water is the most important part of sustainability....then come simple solar power. So...always include both by reason of sustainability. This model is big enough for FT living, rental space to augment retirement income, etc.. it could be landed anywhere. One wild not need a well with water Collection and a small "reverse osmosis system for water. The solar is a no brain job. Cheers.

Ganda pwd pla ganun... nice 👍 but medyo mali Lang yung 5x5 = 10.... sna myron pang ibang pag pilian or pwd mg request Sir kasi maliit lang tlaga budget ko kyat hanggang 5x5 Lang tlaga or 5x6 basta dlwa ang kwarto khit super liit ng isa basta dlwa. At mganda rin tlga yung my loft top pra don yung isang kwarto.

good day helen lucot! estimated cost for materials around 150k-200k, the labor cost not sure its depend in the contractor and workers manage to build..

loft 2rooms and 1 room ground floor. And if with swimming pool left 100 inches by rare 100inches top 45inches parang half heart na guhit po ang swimming pool. Sana ma pansin nyo comment ko thanks😊

Loft type po sir, not loop para lumabas sa search algorithm ng YT.. 10k to 15k per sqm depende sa finish, lalabas na around 250k to 375k pesos.

Can you try house in which ground floor is left empty and live on 1st floor because in my area currently we r experiencing flood condition and my house's ground floor is submerged in water.
Looks like an old type of design. Examples are the windows specially on upper floor. They should be big for more light to enters. Storage areas was not maximize. You can put the stairs on the side with windows on the side also.. The design can still be improve I believe. Just look for other countries design & you will see the difference...
