I've had this real-time scenario idea partially done on my computer, so I decided to throw together a quick little mock of what I had when I last worked on this 3 months ago. Hope you enjoy!

I find it funny that it’s a PDS issued when the tornado hasn’t touched down

They do that when they are extremely confident an violent tornado will form. Like the Nashville Tor E when it died they issued PDS tornado warning because they thought it would reform. Hope this helps! (Correct me if I am wrong)
