I have been working out for almost a decade now. Not heavy. But done it wilth bands, cardio, running, swimmnig, heavy weights and seen how it affects your body, muscle. With the workout he has explained and the biceps he has there is definitely something that he is doing but not mentioned here. With just the exercises he has mentioned there is no way he got those biceps and has maintained them. Someone also rightly pointed out running that he has not mentioned, which is so beneficial especially after your 30s.

Common Public is gullible that they will eat up anything a "Celeb" says. Dude is on TRT, has contacts and has made a ton of money during his Super Model days that he does not need to work. If you eat and do everything that he exactly says you wont be even 50 % of what he looks like. Having said that, genetics play a huge role as well. And not everyone hits the genetic jackpot.
I dont think one should follow what celebrities puts forward as scientific or ideal, to be specific in this case eating a lot of fruits is often a stresor for liver health, as fruits are primarily fructose and metabolism of fructose is completely handled by liver and uric acid is a byproduct of fructose metabolism in the body (which is often an undiscussed cause of uric acid issues among many). The best way to start the day is not by too much fruit loading, but having good animal protein which is essential for skeletal muscles.
You are partly right in the sense diet followed by one person might not work for another but animal protein is certainly not the only best way that works... in most cases its not needed at all
