    | Instructions |
    Prep:
    1. Trim the ribs per the instructions on the video, and season with Livia's, and my Ash Kickin' BBQ Honey Chiptole Rub.
    | Cooking |
    1. Set your smoker for 250ºF.
    2. Put the ribs on, and let them smoke for 2.5-3 hours, or until your bark is set, and your color is good.
    3. After 2.5-3 hours, wrap your ribs per the video with one stick of butter, and some vinegar sauce, and then get them back on the smoker.
    4. Let the ribs continuing cooking for about 45 minutes and then check them for doneness. The ribs should bend, but not break in the middle. These ribs temped out on the Typhur Instaprobe at approximately 205-208º F.
    5. Once the ribs are done, remove them from the rack and put them back on the smoker for about five minutes to allow them to dry out and bring the color back.
    6. After 5 minutes, sauce your ribs and then let the sauce set for about 5 more minutes.
    7. After the sauce has set, remove the ribs from the smoker and let them rest for approximately 10-15 minutes before slicing.
    8. Slice, eat, and enjoy these AMAZING BBQ ribs.

    Been watching, and liking your videos. I'm 62 years old and have never grilled anything other than a few hamburgers. Bought a Louisiana pellet grill/smoker this weekend and cooked 3 racks of spare ribs just like you showed on this video. I have to say that I've never eaten better ribs. Thank you so much for the help, and I hope you have a blessed day. Brisket is next!

    There's just something magical about the smoky infusion in these ribs. It adds depth and complexity to the flavor, taking them to a whole new level of BBQ perfection. I appreciate the dedication and patience it takes to smoke ribs to perfection. It's evident that these ribs have been given the time and attention they deserve.

    great video as always, my only concern is all that trimming ls it really necessary, i know you always say your using it for sausage, but for those that don't make their own sausage , i would like to see you do a video on untrimmed spare ribs to see your results and hear your opinions, I'm interested in the quantity and quality vrs the appearance

    • @AshKickinBBQ

      This LSG pellet has the best smoke flavor of any pellet grill I’ve ever used, hands down. It’s as close to a stick burner as you’re going to get.

    • @AshKickinBBQ
      @AshKickinBBQ  ปีที่แล้ว

      You get what you pay for. This is a forever pellet grill, that will literally last a lifetime, and it’s 100% made in America. I could drop this pellet grill on a $400 tin can cooker, and the LSG would be 100% operable and fine. Zero chance the tin can would be.
