Learn Hip Hop Dance: Roger Rabbit

The Roger Rabbit is the old school parent move to the modern move called the reject, which you learned as part of the lesson on the jerk. Learning this move will make it even easier to perform the reject.
Legs
1. Lift your right foot up and thrust it backward. As you thrust it, make sure to thrust your elbows back and pop out your chest slightly.
2. Bring your right foot back in and down to touch the ground. The goal is to place it on the spot where your left foot is, so to free that spot, hop using your left foot just before your right foot touches the ground. Curve that right foot in slightly behind your left foot as you hop. After the right foot is down, leave your left foot raised.
3. Thrust your left foot backward, thrusting those elbows back and popping out your chest slightly. Bring your left foot back in and down to the spot where your right foot is. As you hop with your right foot, curve that left foot in slightly behind your right foot.
The Groove
During this, you'll be doing a movement similar to the one you learned in the butterfly lesson. When you're lifting your foot, your torso will be bent down and slightly forward while your pelvis is backward. When you're thrusting your foot backward, and during all other times, your torso will be popped straight out slightly while your pelvis is back in its normal position.
When you add the groove, you'll be doing the full Roger Rabbit.
