Johns Hopkins Off Campus Housing Tour

PRICES OF OFF CAMPUS OPTIONS:
9 East - $1200/month (includes utilities)
Carlyle - $1860/month split between 3 people
Uni One - $800/month, varies by landlord
Wyman Towers - $1700/month + $60 utilities split between 2 people
Rowhouse - $3500/month + ~$400/month utilities split between 5 people, varies house to house. On a per person basis, I’ve seen cost be between $500/month to $800/month, typically dependent on distance to campus and landlord.
