I always found that living in a country other in your home country always gave so many opportunities for self-development. I did it in my early 20s (Munich) and again in my 30s (Berlin) and I feel it's had a big impact on who I am even now, so definitely agree with your messages here.
On a different note, have you come across James Andrews' channel - he visits lots of interesting restaurants in NYC, might turn up some places that are of interest.
Yea indeed. I think going to a different country a different city and try a new life from there, especially when the culture is different creates new thoughts and added to our own identity in a way that if we stay in the same place for a long time wouldn’t. Thanks for sharing your story with us!! : )
Yea it guess for those who moved different cities it would be similar! No I didn’t this time, next time! Any new and great restaurants you would like to share?

Oh I haven’t! I will make a note and check it out next time when I have a chance to visit again! Thank you
Definitely resonated with me as I had a similar experience. Thank you for reminding me of these lessons. Did you do any fine dining in NYC?
