ik you said in the description this routine is outdated, but dang, it's pretty solid! I'm a recent college grad (also with ADHD) who's been pretty directionless and have been trying to get my life sorted out, but man, the organization is tough. i believe you. i have auDHD. i need variety and routine. on my adhd side, i filter my desires into order : urgent, high priority and low priority. i do low priority when i get adhd burnout. music is a HUGE help. specific songs make me have a impulses. So, i make playlist on purpose to excite me to do those specific impulses/distractions. Like EDM for workout, metal when i'm angry, lofi when i draw or study. Like match the emotion to the activity, you know?
