    Duel plated looks so much better than the standard gold version

    Thank you for the great review. I’m currently experiencing the same type of delay. Was quoted 3 months and I’m approaching about 16 months as well. This is my 2nd order and the first one took only about 6 months. Completely agree that as the demand has heated up for their belts, they can quite handle the level of orders being placed.

    Thanks for the awesome comparison and appreciate your insight. I know Classic Shields is arguably the best unofficial belt maker out there, but in the belt community, if you say anything else that might dispute it or even question it, you end up being almost verbally stoned to death lol. I've always stated Nawaz arguably makes the best belts under Classic Shields and ORM, and his HD not only seems pretty comparable, but i'm pretty sure Nawaz's HD is half of what Classic Shields charges. And based off your video, it seems like i'd choose Nawaz with the tiny quirks and slight art style inaccuracies for the all around quality and price. I can deal with the texture of tail feathers slightly difference for a $500 difference lol.
    However, once again, that leather work is holy shit good. That cut on the Nawaz is brilliant.
    Btw, you really deserve more views and subs. Your channel is just as good as most popular belt reviewers out there. Just sayin lol.

    I think it’s a great looking belt, & that pear shaped tooling is unique.

    Good to know about Classic Shields. So far I've used WWE Shop, Fandu, and ELT belts. No problems with any of them. I'll probably try X-Man belts eventually. They all seem to be quicker about making belts and they look nice.

      Don’t hesitate with Nawaz. He’s usually about 3 months, but you pay a $50 deposit and the rest when it’s done and especially for SD belts, you can’t get better for the price. No, they aren’t always exactly ring accurate but neither is WWE shop and for around $350 for an SD winged eagle, V1 or V2 Undisputed, OLD IC etc, it’s miles away from Shop, it’s on real quality leather that is soft and smooth and floppy as they say and they have curved plates.
      For me personally I think $350-$400 is the most I’ll ever spend-they are essentially replicas of props and I just can’t see spending $1500 as an example especially for a bootleg. If im going to spend in the thousands, it would have to be the real thing but these days, Millican and JMar have been ripping off people for years, so not much luck to even get a real one.

      @@watchreport When you say “bootleg,” I feel that some clarification is needed. A belt which is produced that by someone that isn’t officially licensed by WWF/WWE is technically a “bootleg.” Yes, meaning Millican since he no longer holds the WWF/WWE copyright. Say what you want about belt makers like CS and not wanting to pay for thousands, but to any serious collector their work speaks for itself which is why they are able to produce belts that stand next to a Millican or even a Reggie. Which in the case of the big gold Crumrine, CS blows Millican’s casted design of that belt out of the water. They are REAL belts, produced by using the SAME techniques that Dave uses, and Reggie used, and their quality is on par. So, to a collector that level of detail, and etching is worth the price.

    That dual plated looks phenomenal.. i understand your experience with C.S. its a painful process however, their work always rises to the occasion. I almost came up with the same conclusion as you though. Another nice review!

    You seem very knowledgeable of the quality & maker of this type of belt. Other than Classic Shields, who else sells this type of belt that is of your standard of quality? Also, what is a good price for your quality belt? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

      Nawaz would be my recommendation. That was the maker of the gold winged eagle in this video.

      Yeah thought he probably didn't. Doesn't really bother me. He didn't have the thick bars on his belt either but that's fine too.

    • @sunsetflipreviews845
      @sunsetflipreviews845  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I believe he has changed some parts of the artwork, but not all parts. Those Nawaz plates are from December 2021 so they are still very recent. I think if you make sure to confirm the inaccuracies with him during your order, he will modify his artwork.
